Quebec, June 1, 2016 – The IT services and solution provider Androïde takes over Dectronique Informatique’s activities, a business located in the Québec Metro High Tech Park. Already serving many clients in and around Québec, Androïde consolidates its presence in this region and is proud to serve the loyal customers of Dectronique Informatique, whose president leaves for a well deserved retirement.
The latter, Jean-Marc Ferland, wanted to find a buyer who could meet the expectations of its customers with competence and professionalism. “The recognized expertise and reputation of Androïde allow me to retire with peace of mind,” says the businessman. In addition, Dectronique Informatique’s staff joined Androïde’s team to ensure continuity of existing services.
