Androïde is proud to announce the obtention of the HDI Team Certified Award by its service desk. HDI is a global association of more than 150 000 professionals with the goal of improving customer experience through the development of the help desk industry.

To earn this award, HDI requires that at least 80% of a service desk’s staff complete a rigorous certification process leading to the granting of an HDI professional title. These certifications demonstrate specialized skills for different roles in the field of technical support, as well as the adoption of best practices recognized by the industry.
